Biography

My name is Diana Paredes. I am a Fine Artist originally from Peru, currently based in the United States.

Although I have lived in the United States for many years my work remains deeply influenced by the richness, symbolism, and spiritual heritage of the Latin American Culture.

I consider my art to be Healing Art, a vessel of healing. Through form, color, and symbol, I seek to express the luminous thread that binds the soul to the Divine. My paintings evoke a dreamlike state in which time can be seen as non-linear and the viewer is invited into a space inner reflection.

Over the years I have participated in numerous Group Exhibitions as well as several Solo Shows.My art work can be found in Private Collections throughout the world.
